ParentPay
At Meir Heath Academy we adopted an electronic payment system that parents can use from the comfort of their own home so that you don’t have to worry about sending in cash each week and to ensure that all payments are safe and secure rather than lurking in the bottom of children’s bags!
ParentPay is an e-payment method to pay for dinner money, trips, music lessons etc. This can be done online using a very secure website called ParentPay or by cash at local stores where you see the PayPoint logo.
You have a secure online account, activated using the unique activation username and password that will be provided upon request from school; you will be prompted to change these and keep them safe and secure as your Username and Password for future logins.
If you already have a ParentPay account at another school, you can simply login to that account and add your other children via the Add a child tab on your home page. Again you will need to request the login details from the school office. ParentPay holds an electronic record of your payments to view at a later date.
Those parents wishing to pay for services in cash should request a PayPoint payment card. If you choose to obtain a PayPoint card, this will be used to pay for dinners only. A barcoded letter will be sent home to use for any other payment items. Each barcoded letter is specific for the named payment item and specific to that child.
Please do not hesitate to contact Mrs Reed in the school office if you need assistance. Alternatively you can email her at vreed@sbmat.org
